ABOUT

Kerpaul domain is a gathering place located in Loctudy on the south west coast of Brittany. 800m away from beaches and the fishing harbour, it is composed of two houses completely independent : a mansion that can host 30 persons (33 maximum) and a guesthouse that can host 20 persons (25 maximum; including a 13-bed dormitory).The domain also comprises a 3,5 hectares park with a hall for playing games and hosting receptions/seminars. In the surrounding area, many beach, sport and cultural activities are offered.

THE MANSION

The mansion is a spacious house that reconciles past and modern times. Certain rooms are authentic from the end of the 19th century while others have been invested by contemporary artists.

The guesthouse is a charming and functional house that can host many guests and comprises its own little garden.
